Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and einbd (the "Platform" or "We") governing your use of the website located at einbd.net and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing any section of the platform, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in a free-play mode — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing einbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

einbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement is always available on this page and is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of einbd following the publication of any updated version constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of any modifications.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on einbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. einbd enforces mandatory age verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on einbd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Own funds: All deposits made to your einbd account must come from funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Not a self-excluded person: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on einbd or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
• Not an einbd employee or associate: Employees, contractors, consultants, and direct family members of any person employed by or affiliated with einbd are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.

einbd is committed to the prevention of underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account is held by or being used on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites, including einbd. A list of free parental control tools is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and betting features on einbd, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. All information submitted must be truthful, complete, and consistent with your official identification documents.

Verification: einbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a national ID card or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. einbd will never request your password via any channel — not by email, live chat, phone, or SMS. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised, you must notify einbd immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend access pending resolution.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password for your einbd account that is not reused on other websites.
• Enable OTP verification where available as an additional layer of account security.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Update your registered mobile number promptly if it changes, to ensure OTP delivery is uninterrupted.

einbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that we reasonably believe has been registered using false information, has been involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

einbd processes all financial transactions — both deposits and withdrawals — exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may be available for selected users subject to verification and applicable limits.

Deposits: Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the Wallet section of the platform. einbd does not charge a deposit processing fee from its side; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if your account is subject to a verification review. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is approved for processing.
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• einbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.
• Withdrawals requested outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be subject to slightly extended processing times, though the platform operates 24/7.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and maximum single-transaction limits are displayed within the Wallet section and may be updated periodically.

einbd maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that appears inconsistent, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent will be flagged for review. During a review, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, einbd reserves the right to close the account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

einbd offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements — always check the individual promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published within the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements remaining after expiry are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum deposit: Most deposit-linked bonuses require a qualifying minimum deposit as stated in the promotion terms. Deposits made below the stated minimum do not qualify for the associated bonus.
• Abuse and exploitation: einbd actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns, coordinated play with other accounts, wagering exclusively on low-edge bets to satisfy requirements, and use of automated or scripted play. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses in bad faith is subject to immediate bonus cancellation and account review.

einbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and ICC tournament periods — are governed by individual promotion pages published at the time of the campaign.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of einbd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on einbd and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point; impersonating another person; or submitting forged documents for identity or age verification.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Money laundering: Using einbd for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under the laws of Bangladesh or any applicable jurisdiction.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in live casino or table games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform — whether for betting, collecting data, or any other purpose — without the express written consent of einbd.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of einbd, including its games, APIs, servers, or security systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile financial service provider after a deposit has been credited to your einbd account and used in play.
• Third-party deposits: Making deposits from a payment account that does not belong to you, or allowing a third party to deposit into your einbd account.

Breach of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in one or more of the following actions at einbd's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities where warranted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on einbd — including but not limited to the einbd brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio elements, and any other materials accessible through the platform — is the exclusive property of einbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use einbd solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from einbd without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any einbd content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform.
• Use any einbd branding, trademarks, or logos for commercial purposes or in any manner that could cause confusion regarding association with einbd.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically download any data or content from einbd for any purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms. einbd is an authorised distributor of this content and does not claim ownership over it.

Any unauthorised use of einbd's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

einbd provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and that game outcomes are determined fairly by certified RNG technology, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, odds quotation, or promotional result is guaranteed.
• The platform will be accessible from all devices or in all network conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, einbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses incurred as a result of wagers placed on the platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, match results, or odds movements.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Technical failures, data transmission errors, or service interruptions caused by factors outside einbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits einbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, einbd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
